Growth Manager

About the role

HDFC securities is seeking a Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth across its digital platforms. You will work closely with product, marketing, technology and analytics teams to design and execute data‑driven growth strategies that maximise customer lifetime value and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive overall revenue generation.
• Provide thought leadership on market and customer trends.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and recommend new‑age tools for marketing campaigns, enhancing engagement and ROI.
• Design and execute revenue strategy and metrics to ensure accountability and achievement of business goals.
• Lead strategic growth‑hacking projects by liaising with various stakeholders.
• Research and analyse consumer behaviour to generate insights for awareness, upselling and customer lifecycle optimisation.
• Contribute to product enhancements by understanding customer behaviour across lifecycle stages.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and growth, preferably from tier‑1 or premier business schools.
• Prior experience in broking or investment advisory firms is a plus.
• Self‑starter with minimal need for supervision.
• Strong analytical acumen, attention to detail and high integrity.
• Product‑first mindset with ability to break complex problems into iterative solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills; able to inspire and work as a team player.
