Partnerships and Communications Associate

About the role

This role sits within our Partnerships and Communications Team, focusing on both fundraising through partnership management and enhancing brand awareness through communications.

Key responsibilities

• Sustain and grow current partnerships (CSR, foundations, high‑net‑worth individuals) through high‑quality reporting and regular immersion.
• Identify new partnership opportunities, develop win‑win proposals and expand the supporter base.
• Leverage corporate volunteering to maximise support for program teams.
• Manage iTeach’s digital presence – social media, website and newsletter – to increase reach and effectiveness.
• Lead the design of impactful marketing material to support fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with other teams to create marketing campaigns that showcase their work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in social media marketing (preferred).
