Graphic Designer – Social Media

About the role

Lal Sweets is seeking a creative Graphic Designer specialized in social media to join its Creative team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for producing high‑impact visual content that aligns with the brand and engages audiences across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design static posts, carousels, banners, stories, reels and promotional assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, product launches, festive promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency in typography, colour palettes and overall visual identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand and Content teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.
• Edit short‑form videos and create motion graphics for social media.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to boost creativity and productivity.
• Prepare artwork for print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging support and POS displays.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, platform algorithms and emerging creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience creating social‑media focused graphics.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, composition and layout principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity and time‑management skills.
