Graphic Designer – Social Media & Branding

About the role

Bright Media is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce social media creatives, advertisements, branding materials and marketing collateral for a diverse client base. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Mangalore and requires an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality social media posts, banners, ads and promotional graphics.
• Create visual concepts and assets for multiple client accounts, including brochures, flyers, presentations and branding elements.
• Collaborate with content writers, social media managers and video editors to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all designs follow client brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Incorporate feedback, make revisions and manage several projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends, industry best practices and emerging AI‑powered design tools.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Residency in Mangalore or nearby areas; immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and branding.
• Ability to create modern, engaging social‑media creatives.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools and basic video‑editing software (advantage).
