Graphic Designer – Medical & Scientific Communications

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality visual assets for medical training, scientific publications and digital communications. You will work closely with Content Enhancement teams and Scientific Writers to translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce PowerPoint slide decks, scientific posters, infographics, newsletters, e‑mailers, flyers, brochures, handouts and other deliverables following brand guidelines.
• Redraw scientific images and create interactive PDFs or PPTs that simplify complex data.
• Collaborate with other designers and scientific writers to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
• Provide technical guidance to junior designers and flag any issues to the Team Lead.
• Develop new templates, maintain brand continuity, and share best practices within the team.
• Stay updated on design trends and continuously upskill in relevant software.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in graphic design, video creation or new media.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or scientific communication sector is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
