Graphic Designer

About the role

Maayasthra is a design studio that creates visual experiences with clarity, intent, and impact. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn abstract ideas into sharp, meaningful creative output across high‑visibility brand assets on digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create concept‑driven designs that communicate ideas effectively.
• Maintain strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all outputs.
• Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand identity.
• Develop versatile design solutions for various formats and use cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and precision.
• Iterate quickly while upholding high design quality.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools, applying them thoughtfully.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience (or a strong portfolio).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and formats.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (non‑negotiable).
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
