Graphic Designer for Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Stylaria Tech, a fast‑moving digital marketing and AI automation agency, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Kanpur production team. You will create eye‑catching visuals for live campaigns across a variety of Australian and international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn (static, carousel, story/reel formats).
• Create social media posts, banners and other digital assets for multiple brand pages.
• Develop branding assets such as logos, brand kits, colour systems and style guides.
• Produce marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, pitch decks, menus and print‑ready files.
• Adapt designs across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver accurate revisions on schedule.
• Collaborate with content, video and marketing teams to brief and ship creatives.
• Manage several projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience designing social‑media and paid‑ad creatives.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across assets.
• Good knowledge of print versus digital file setup and export.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing real client or brand work.
