Graphic Designer – Event Branding & Visuals

About the role

Buzz Events is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its Panaji office. You will be responsible for shaping visual identities for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions, delivering both digital and print assets that reflect each client’s unique vision.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual concepts, branding, invitations, collateral, and on‑site signage for events.
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to translate briefs into compelling designs.
• Develop and refine logos and visual identities across print and digital channels.
• Prepare artwork for production, ensuring brand consistency and proper typography.
• Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing event‑related work.
• Proficiency in logo design, branding, and effective typography.
• Hands‑on experience with industry‑standard design software.
• Excellent visual communication, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and interact professionally with clients.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with print production and basic digital format knowledge is a plus.
