Graphic Designer – Brand Management Startup

About the role

We are a fast‑growing brand‑management startup based in Goa looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The role involves turning client briefs and direction from the Creative Director into compelling visual solutions for both print and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client plans and translate them into visual concepts.
• Design and produce a variety of print and digital collateral according to brand guidelines.
• Maintain high‑quality standards while meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.
• Suggest innovative creative ideas and updates to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively.
• Perform image retouching, manipulation and preparation for final output.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using a range of graphic design software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in graphic arts, design, communications or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a breadth of creative projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Immediate availability and residence in Goa.

Required skills

• Proficiency with popular graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Image retouching and manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (advantageous but not mandatory).
