Graduate Trainee – International Sales & Client Communication

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate with strong English communication skills to join our International Sales & Business Development team in Bhopal. This Graduate Trainee position offers hands‑on exposure to global market research, lead generation, and client communication, laying the foundation for a career in international sales.

Key responsibilities

• Research international markets to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn, company websites, trade portals and online databases.
• Communicate with prospects via professional email, LinkedIn messages and virtual meetings.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and follow‑ups with overseas clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Excel.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Learn export business practices, sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client communication and report daily/weekly activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong interest in international sales, export business and business development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bhopal.
