Global Supply Chain Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role will translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and procurement plans using SAP/OMP, ensuring material availability and optimal inventory levels across our international network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans, schedules and purchase orders in SAP based on demand and inventory data.
• Convert planned requisitions into purchase orders, track confirmations and monitor execution progress.
• Monitor material availability, inventory KPIs and forward projections to optimise stock levels.
• Process goods receipts and maintain accurate inventory postings in SAP.
• Coordinate value‑chain workflows and transfer data between SAP and other systems.
• Collaborate with global planners, procurement, logistics and external partners to resolve supply disruptions.
• Track logistics costs, prepare reports and support continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or relevant academic exposure in supply chain, planning or procurement.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual, global teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of SAP (preferred SAP/OMP).
