General Manager – Cluster Operations (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Ridhira Retreats seeks an experienced, commercially‑driven General Manager to oversee a cluster of luxury hospitality properties in Goa. The role will own overall P&L, operational excellence, guest experience, pre‑opening readiness, and revenue growth across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and business performance of all Ridhira properties in Goa.
• Own and drive the cluster P&L, budgets, GOP, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Ensure seamless service across Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Wellness and other functions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management to grow revenue.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, operating budgets and strategic growth plans.
• Manage pre‑opening, property launch and operational readiness for new assets.
• Establish SOPs, service standards and operational systems across the cluster.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, revenue and productivity metrics.
• Lead, mentor and develop Property Heads, HODs and senior operational teams.
• Oversee CAPEX, renovation, maintenance and property improvement projects.

Required profile

• 15–25 years of experience in luxury hotel, resort or internationally branded hospitality operations.
• Current or previous role as General Manager, Cluster GM, Hotel Manager, EAM or senior operations leader.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, budgets, GOP, revenue optimisation and cost control.
• Experience with pre‑opening, hotel launches, repositioning or transformation projects.
• Strong exposure to multi‑department hotel operations and leadership of large teams.
• Ability to work with owners, group leadership and key stakeholders on strategy and performance.
