About the role

• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI models.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Research mindset with a focus on staying current in NLP and AI advancements.
• Experience building scalable AI algorithms for production environments.
• Willingness to mentor and guide junior engineers.
