Functional Specialist – SAP MM (S2P)

About the role

The Functional Specialist S2P will support Bosch plants in adopting the standard Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) process built on SAP MM (R/3 & S/4 HANA). You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth implementation and migration.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from plant users.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate design‑build activities with Bosch Digital teams and implement custom requirements.
• Guide plants on template adoption, data migration (sample & mass upload), and cut‑over activities.
• Support test cycles, create and track defects, and assist during hyper‑care.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
• Participate in process‑standardisation initiatives and support the PIA Lead.
