Full‑time Barista – Café & Chocolate Beverages

About the role

The Chocolate Room in Gandhidham is looking for a full‑time Barista to join its vibrant café team. You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of coffee, chocolate‑based drinks and other café items while delivering a warm, welcoming experience to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, chocolate beverages and menu items according to established recipes.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the POS system and handle billing accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, equipment and dining space throughout the shift.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels and ensure all ingredients are fresh.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and brand quality standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
