Fullstack (React JS + Node JS) Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end features using ReactJS on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. You will translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver full‑stack features using ReactJS and Node.js.
• Build reusable UI components, shared utilities, and scalable patterns.
• Develop RESTful APIs with proper validation, error handling, and security.
• Integrate backend services with frontend workflows, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows and handle secure data.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Profile and tune frontend rendering and backend response times.
• Contribute to AI‑enabled enhancements such as intelligent recommendations or workflow automation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and asynchronous programming.
• Experience building and consuming APIs, state management, and version control (Git).
• Relevant degree (BE, ME, BTech, MTech, MCA, MSc, MBA) or equivalent practical experience.
