Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & Python Flask) – Remote

About the role

Drivers4Me is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and enhance its on‑demand driver hiring platform. You will work remotely, collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver seamless web experiences for users across major Indian cities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise a responsive ReactJS front‑end, ensuring smooth user interactions.
• Design, implement and maintain Python Flask APIs for core backend services.
• Create and optimise MySQL database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and manage indexing.
• Implement authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth, adhering to security best practices.
• Use Git for version control, handling branches, pull requests and code reviews.
• Containerise applications with Docker and support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve performance and scalability issues across the full stack.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong problem‑solving and algorithmic thinking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
