Full Stack Developer

About the role

Quest Global is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications and real‑time data systems. The role requires end‑to‑end ownership of solutions across the frontend, backend, and streaming pipelines, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and low‑latency performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications and services.
• Build responsive, high‑performance frontend applications using modern frameworks.
• Develop robust backend APIs and services (REST/GraphQL).
• Integrate frontend and backend systems to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Design and optimise database schemas, queries and indexing strategies.
• Implement authentication and authorisation mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).
• Build real‑time data pipelines and event‑driven architectures using message brokers and asynchronous processing.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, IoT devices and external services.
• Ensure application performance, security and cross‑platform compatibility.
• Implement observability with logging, metrics and distributed tracing.
• Apply fault‑tolerance patterns such as retry, circuit breaker and graceful degradation.
• Write clean, maintainable and well‑documented code; conduct code reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, product and DevOps teams.
• Deploy applications via CI/CD pipelines to cloud or on‑premise environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering full‑stack web solutions.
• Strong technical ownership and ability to work independently.
• Passion for building reliable, secure and high‑performance systems.
