Full Stack Developer

About the role

Easebuzz, a fintech company that provides payment, lending, subscription and eKYC solutions, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its Pune team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high‑performance server‑side logic while collaborating closely with front‑end developers to deliver scalable, secure applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain multi‑tiered, low‑latency, high‑availability software solutions.
• Integrate user‑facing components created by front‑end engineers with server‑side logic.
• Implement security measures and ensure data protection across the platform.
• Write efficient database queries and work with ORM libraries to unify multiple data sources.
• Monitor application performance, resolve issues, and continuously improve code quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently in a decentralized team.
• Good understanding of threading limitations in Python and multi‑process architectures.
• Familiarity with accessibility and security compliance standards.

Required skills

• Python (expert level) with Django or Flask.
• PHP.
• JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS.
• MySQL and other relational databases.
• ORM libraries.
• HTML5 and CSS3.
