Full Lifecycle Recruiter – Stores Tech Talent Acquisition

About the role

Amazon’s Stores Tech Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to drive hiring for high‑volume technical roles such as Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Engineer, Software Development Engineer, Software Development Manager and Technical Program Manager. The recruiter will act as a sourcing subject‑matter expert, building data‑driven pipelines and delivering a candidate‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates for a range of technical positions.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, using market research, industry trends and metrics to guide strategy.
• Screen, assess and guide candidates through Amazon’s hiring process, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
• Partner with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and Strategic Demand Advisors to meet talent demand.
• Track and meet key performance indicators such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, candidate experience and time‑to‑fill.
• Contribute to projects that improve recruiting operations, productivity and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of technology recruiting experience.
