Full Lifecycle Recruiter I – University Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Full Lifecycle Recruiter I will partner with Amazon University Talent Acquisition teams to source, assess, and close talent across multiple locations. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience while meeting service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
• Generate candidate pipelines for a variety of roles, focusing on passive talent.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and present curated candidate slates within agreed timelines.
• Maintain and grow a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure interview readiness.
• Provide recruitment metrics, benchmark performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in special projects such as interview best‑practice assessments and senior‑level talent identification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or digital recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize workloads, and meet SLAs.
• Strong understanding of hiring market trends and client needs.
