Frontend Developer

About the role

As a Frontend Developer at Koch you will create and maintain public‑facing websites using a mix of enterprise CMS platforms and custom React applications. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class browser experiences on multiple sites using Sitefinity CMS, WordPress or custom React.js platforms.
• Analyze and resolve application bugs, manage branch deployments and support production releases.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle – design, build, test and deploy.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical user stories.
• Provide guidance on front‑end and back‑end architecture limits during planning sessions.
• Review and evaluate software and tools for security and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience with marketing tech stacks (e.g., Pardot, Iterable, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Screaming Frog).
• Proven work with CMS platforms such as Sitefinity or WordPress Full Site Editor.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server, writing SQL, and automating tasks using Python or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO and ADA best practices.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted coding tools (Cursor.ai, Windsurf, Co‑Pilot for Visual Studio).
• Experience working in Scrum or similar agile environments.
