About the role
Espire Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Associate to join its team in Amritsar. This full‑time, on‑site position is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check‑in and check‑out.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservations.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle telephone calls with proper etiquette and assist with any administrative tasks at the front desk.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and receptionist skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional, welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Prior experience in front office or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
