Front Office Agent

About the role

The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for guests at our property in Pune. You will manage check‑ins and check‑outs, handle payments, and provide accurate information to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
• Handle all payment types, including cash, checks, debit and credit cards.
• Manage check‑outs, resolve late or disputed charges, and run daily arrival/departure reports.
• Answer guest calls and requests, coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness, and communicate parking procedures.
• Provide directions and local area information to guests.
• Complete cashier and closing reports, cash personal and traveler's checks, and balance bank at shift start and end.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
