About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Bengaluru office. The role involves managing daily reception activities, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules.
- Supervise the handling of incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and documents.
- Provide support with daily administrative and clerical duties.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform basic office coordination and support tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when dealing with visitors.
- Any graduate or Class 12 pass holder.
- Female candidates preferred; immediate joiners highly desirable.
- Prior experience in reception, front desk, customer support, administration, or hospitality is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
