Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients at our Indiranagar clinic. The role involves greeting visitors, managing appointments, handling billing, and providing overall administrative support in a fast‑moving aesthetic and trichology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients professionally, escort them to consultation or treatment areas, and assist throughout their visit.
• Check appointments, retrieve client records, and coordinate with doctors and technicians.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales, handle cash, card and digital payments, and ensure daily collections are closed.
• Manage incoming calls for bookings, rescheduling or cancellations, verify availability of staff and rooms, and send reminders via WhatsApp or call.
• Facilitate video consultations when required and follow up on missed calls and client re‑engagement.
• Make promotional and follow‑up calls as per scripts provided by the Head Office.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency preferred.
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• 1‑5 years of experience in a reception or front‑desk role.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Salary range Rs 2.5‑3.5 LPA.
• Full‑time position with a 6‑day work week (9:45 AM – 7:00 PM).
