Front Desk Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Front Desk Attendant will be the first point of contact for guests at The Westin Pushkar Resort and Spa, a five‑star wellness retreat in the Aravalis. This full‑time, on‑site position involves welcoming guests, managing check‑in and check‑out procedures, and delivering a seamless front‑desk experience that reflects the resort’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, handle check‑in and check‑out processes, and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Process payments, prepare basic reports, and uphold brand standards of hospitality at all times.
• Address guest concerns or special requests professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Prior experience in hospitality or front‑desk operations is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality‑related education or training is beneficial.
