About the role

HCL Tech is conducting a walk‑in drive for fresh graduates to join as Process Associates in a non‑voice, customer‑service function. The role focuses on handling email and chat interactions within the Order‑to‑Cash domain, ensuring accurate data management and timely issue resolution while supporting a US‑based shift.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Enter, update, and manage data across multiple internal systems with precision.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior teams when needed.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2024‑2025) from Arts & Science streams; B.Tech, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible.
• Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
• Willingness to work the US shift schedule.
