Freshers Walk‑In for Voice Process Associate – 8 June

About the role

HCLTech is conducting a walk‑in recruitment on 8 June for fresh graduates to join as Process Associates in its Voice Process team. The position works on the Order‑to‑Cash domain, handling customer interactions primarily through email and chat while supporting US‑based shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Enter, update and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot problems, provide actionable solutions and escalate complex cases to senior support teams.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (2024 or 2025) from Arts & Science streams; BTech, IT, MCA, BE candidates are not eligible.
• Strong written communication skills suitable for email and chat support.
• Willingness to work US shift timings.

Required skills

• Excellent written communication in English.
