About the role
HCL Tech is conducting a walk‑in recruitment for fresh graduates to join its Banking Voice Process as Process Associates. The position works on the US shift and focuses on delivering high‑quality customer support through email and chat within the Order‑to‑Cash domain.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Enter, update, and manage data accurately across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior support teams when needed.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates of 2024 or 2025 from Arts & Science streams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Arts & Science) is preferred.
- Candidates with MBA, MA or MSc graduating in 2026 may apply if they can join by March.
- Applicants with BTech, IT, MCA, BE qualifications are not eligible.
Required skills
- Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
