About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking professionals to join our US‑based customer support voice team in Mumbai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in French, delivering high‑quality service to our international customers.

Key responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in French via phone.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with quality and service standards.
Document interactions and follow up as required.

Required profile

HSC or graduate (freshers welcome).
Excellent spoken and written French; B1 certification mandatory.
Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts with two weekly offs.
Age up to 40 years.

Required skills

Fluency in French (B1 level or higher).
