French Financial Analyst – Remote

About the role

This remote position supports a fast‑growing AI and technology company by reviewing, validating, and processing French‑language financial documents. The analyst ensures accurate reporting, compliance, and audit readiness, contributing directly to financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review invoices, receipts, contracts and other financial documents in French for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Categorize, code, and record all financial data in the organization’s ERP or financial software.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain final approval.
• Maintain organized digital records with clear audit trails for internal and external reviews.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements while handling sensitive financial information.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English with strong written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial document processing, accounting support, or related finance administration.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
