About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a leading client’s call centre in Gurgaon or Bangalore. The role involves handling inbound voice queries in French, with occasional English support, and delivering accurate, empathetic assistance to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone in French.
- Provide clear information, troubleshooting, and solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department promptly.
- Adhere to rotational shift schedules and on‑site work requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Fluent in French (verbal and written) with a B2 certification.
- Ability to communicate in English when needed.
- Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written French language proficiency.
- Basic English communication skills.
