About the role
We are seeking a French Analyst to support our recruitment and onboarding operations in Bangalore. The role combines high‑volume candidate outreach with detailed follow‑up to ensure a smooth hiring experience for French‑speaking applicants.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls in French to screen candidates and assess suitability.
- Send onboarding emails and text messages, guiding applicants through pre‑start procedures.
- Conduct follow‑up calls, monitor responses, and address candidate queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in Workday, completing the end‑to‑end hiring process.
- Extend offers, update client systems with notes, and ensure compliance with onboarding timelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- French language proficiency at C1 level (certified).
- 3–7 years of experience in candidate screening, call‑center, or HR operations.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
