About the role
We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring initiatives for Rising Queens. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and onboarding large numbers of candidates quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute mass‑recruitment campaigns to meet rapid hiring targets.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Leverage existing talent pools and candidate databases to accelerate placements.
- Screen, assess and onboard candidates while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in bulk or high‑volume recruitment.
- Self‑driven, organized and results‑oriented professional.
- Comfortable working on a freelance or project‑based arrangement.
- Familiarity with digital hiring strategies and online sourcing tools.
