About the role
We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring initiatives for Rising Queens. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and onboarding large numbers of candidates efficiently, supporting our rapid expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Drive mass recruitment campaigns to meet hiring targets.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Leverage existing talent pools and candidate databases.
- Screen, assess and onboard candidates at scale.
- Implement digital hiring strategies to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment.
- Self-driven, organized and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working on a freelance/project basis.
- Ability to deliver quality candidates quickly.
