Freelance Oncology Pharmacist – AI Content Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Oncology Pharmacist to support our AI research team by reviewing and improving AI‑generated content related to cancer treatment. You will apply your pharmacy expertise to ensure the clinical accuracy, safety, and relevance of the system’s outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated responses concerning oncology pharmacy and cancer therapies.
• Develop expert reference answers that align with current oncology guidelines and evidence‑based practice.
• Identify medication inaccuracies, dosing errors, safety concerns, and deviations from clinical guidelines.
• Grade AI outputs using structured rubrics and provide detailed written feedback.
• Participate in onboarding, calibration sessions, and quality‑review activities.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, oncologists, and other healthcare experts to enhance model performance.

Required profile

• PharmD, M.Pharm, B.Pharm or equivalent qualification with oncology pharmacy experience.
• Background in clinical pharmacy, cancer care, hematology‑oncology, or oncology research.
• Strong understanding of cancer therapeutics, chemotherapy preparation, supportive‑care protocols, and toxicity management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong written communication.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and healthcare innovation.
