About the role

UNU AS is expanding and is looking for experienced foremen to lead concrete and timber projects on site. This key position drives progress, ensures quality, and manages teams in close collaboration with the project manager.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily work on construction projects.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
• Maintain high quality standards and oversee proper execution.
• Monitor progress against targets and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate internal routines, standards, and documentation.
• Manage staffing, team composition, and on‑site personnel.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational certificate (fagbrev) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
• Experience in project work or a supervisory role is desired.
• Proactive, takes initiative and gets things done.
• Comfortable using digital tools for project management.
• Willingness to work away from home for periods of time.
