Forging Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Forging Machine Operator to join our Bilaspur plant. The role involves operating forging equipment to produce high‑performance fasteners according to detailed designs and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial forging machinery to meet production schedules.
• Manage raw material flow and ensure correct setup for each batch.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality‑control protocols and document compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily output targets.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in Forging, Engineering or a related field (advantageous).
• Physical stamina for work in a heavy‑duty manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production plans and technical specifications.
• Understanding of industry safety standards and quality‑control processes.
• Problem‑solving mindset and teamwork orientation.
