Food & Beverage Server (Waiter)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Server to join our Patna venue. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless dining experience from the moment they are seated until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals, drinks, and desserts promptly while adhering to presentation standards.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries about ingredients and dietary options.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure tables are set correctly.
• Handle payment transactions and process bills efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order delivery.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional guest interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and health standards.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
