About the role
The Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is seeking a full‑time Food & Beverage Associate / Hostess to join its on‑site team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm greetings, seating them, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to all guests.
- Greet, welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly to enhance satisfaction.
Required profile
- Prior experience in food service or F&B operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive service mindset.
- Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Hospitality or hotel‑management education is a plus.
