Food & Beverage Associate / Hostess

About the role

The Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is seeking a full‑time Food & Beverage Associate / Hostess to join its on‑site team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm greetings, seating them, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to all guests.
• Greet, welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly to enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• Prior experience in food service or F&B operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive service mindset.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Hospitality or hotel‑management education is a plus.
