About the role

Join Chuggle by SG as a Food and Beverage Steward and help deliver high‑quality dining experiences. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Maharashtra, India, and focuses on supporting service operations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up service areas and prepare basic items for food and beverage service.
• Deliver orders to guests promptly and assist servers and kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service and dining areas, including clearing tables and replenishing supplies.
• Uphold service standards, respond courteously to guest requests, and follow health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic training of new team members on service procedures and cleanliness protocols.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and interacting with guests.
• Knowledge of basic food‑and‑beverage operations and hygiene practices.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior hospitality or food‑service experience is an advantage; basic education and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
