About the role
The Food and Beverage Associate will deliver high‑quality service to guests at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. You will ensure a consistent, courteous and professional experience across all food and beverage outlets, contributing to overall guest satisfaction. Working as part of the hotel’s service team, you will represent the Hyatt brand by providing attentive and flexible assistance to every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage to guests in the assigned area of the hotel, ensuring orders are taken accurately and delivered promptly.
- Maintain a courteous, professional and efficient service style at all times.
- Adapt quickly to guest needs and operational changes to maximise satisfaction.
- Uphold Hyatt standards for cleanliness, presentation and overall service quality.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
