Food and Beverage Assistant

About the role

Foodmojo Global is looking for a motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to support daily operations in its dining venues. You will work closely with both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure guests receive consistent, high‑quality food and drink experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and plating according to company standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, adhering to safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary training is a plus.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or similar hospitality settings is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork across kitchen and front‑of‑house.
