Flutter Developer (2-3 Years Experience)

About the role

Qurocare is looking for a passionate Flutter Developer with 2‑3 years of experience to create high‑performance, scalable mobile applications for the healthcare sector. You will turn design mock‑ups into pixel‑perfect screens and deliver features that directly improve the experience of patients, doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality Flutter applications using Clean Architecture.
• Implement state management with BLoC and ensure smooth, responsive UI.
• Convert design references into accurate, performance‑optimized Flutter screens.
• Integrate Supabase services (Authentication, Database, Storage, Realtime) and work with REST APIs.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers and product teams to deliver production‑ready features.
• Debug, optimise and improve application performance throughout the app lifecycle.
• Follow best coding practices, Git workflows, code reviews and version control standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Strong understanding of Flutter, Dart and Clean Architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with BLoC state management and Supabase.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous programming and mobile app lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Thiruvananthapuram office.
