Fitness Instructor – Hotel Fitness Center

About the role

The Fitness Instructor will lead individual and group exercise sessions in the hotel’s state‑of‑the‑art fitness centre, delivering safe and effective workouts for guests and members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and supervise personal training and group exercise classes.
• Welcome guests, provide equipment demonstrations and ensure a clean, organized fitness area.
• Monitor guest safety, enforce proper exercise techniques and respond to any incidents.
• Track attendance, encourage participation and promote fitness programmes.
• Collaborate with spa and leisure teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Support special health and wellness events hosted by the hotel.

Required profile

• Proficiency in fitness instruction and personal training with the ability to design safe workout programmes.
• Experience leading group exercise sessions for diverse fitness levels.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional appearance.
• Relevant certification from a recognised fitness organisation.
• Fluent English communication; additional local language skills are a plus.
• Good physical fitness and ability to demonstrate exercises safely.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort or health‑club environment is preferred.
