Finishing Line Supervisor

About the role

The Finishing Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the final stage of production, ensuring that products are completed safely, on time, and meet quality standards. This role coordinates people, machines and materials to achieve daily output targets while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate manpower based on skill sets and workload, monitor hourly and daily production against targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and 5S standards throughout the finishing line.
• Identify and resolve equipment breakdowns, process bottlenecks and material shortages quickly.
• Coordinate with upstream processes and maintenance teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Enforce discipline, motivate the workforce and manage performance to sustain productivity.
• Track and report production metrics, quality defects and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a manufacturing finishing line or similar production environment.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight dispatch schedules.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Good communication skills to coordinate across departments.
