Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. The role involves collecting operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions to support financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse operational data reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support period‑end close and annual planning processes.
• Develop financial reports, metrics and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 accounting standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, controllership, or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Experience with period‑end close, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, especially IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, and in a third‑party service environment.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 standards.
