Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will be responsible for shaping financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing variance analysis, and delivering accurate forecasts that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and provide actionable business insights.
• Oversee period‑end close, variance analysis, and reconciliation of transactions.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, metrics, and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 accounting standards.
• Manage a team of 50+ professionals, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Controllership, Strategic Finance, and Record‑to‑Report (RTR) functions.

Required profile

• 13‑18 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Strategic Finance.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or CPA.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple high‑priority tasks.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with senior business leaders and CXO communities.
