Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist

About the role

The Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist bridges strategic financial planning and operational execution for a business unit, supporting the Finance Business Partner with complex forecasting, performance management, and analytical insight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain medium‑to‑long‑term financial plans aligned with Group FP&A standards.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting processes.
• Provide scenario modelling, risk assessment, and data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide and oversee Senior and Junior Analysts, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable financial insights and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; CA/ICWA/CPA preferred.
• 7–11 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, CPG, retail or wholesale.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using SAC and CFIN.
• Advanced Power BI skills (expert level is a plus).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling and data analysis.
• Product costing and pricing expertise.
